Nourish Me is a locally owned personal chef service that delivers individually packaged meals for personal chef clients weekly, and does biweekly meal delivery for meals that are ordered through our website, private events and retreats. All of our food is made from scratch with whole organic foods and no preservatives. Our meals are designed by a nutritionist to help reduce inflammation, improve gut health and support your immune system. Our food especially benefits those who have autoimmune diseases and other chronic illnesses with their daily quality of life. Charity started Nourish after a struggle with 4 different autoimmune diseases and learning how to manage them with good nutrition and the food she puts in her body. She is a mother to two children, Aidan, 18 and Alexis 14 and has been married to her wonderful husband Peter for 20 years.
